Marketing & Communication Advisory Council

The UNM Marketing & Communication Advisory Council has been established to build a sense of community and serve as a forum for a wide range of topics related to marketing and communication across the University. The purpose of this council is to facilitate the exchange of creative ideas and share updates on marketing and communication initiatives underway institutionally and among the various units on the campus engaged in telling the UNM story.

Advisory Council members are encouraged to bring forward information, questions, and issues from the areas they represent. They are responsible for informing those in their areas about how to promote effective communication and collaboration in planning and implementing institutional marketing and communication initiatives.

The Marketing & Communication Advisory Council serves as a key stakeholder group to assist University Communication & Marketing (UCAM) and the Brand Strategy Initiative Steering Committee in developing and implementing the comprehensive UNM brand strategy.
